Jennifer and I relocated our business to Surprise, AZ in 2000 and our residence is in Sun City Grand. I specialize in listing and selling homes in eleven of the Active Adult (age 45+) Resort Lifestyle Communities located in the Northwest suburban area of Phoenix. Why did we choose Phoenix? The fabulous weather—bright blue skies, being able to enjoy Summer all year ‘round and the tremendous amenities and fun things to do in America’s 5th largest city. Jennifer and I have 2 daughters, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. We are golfers and are active in many organizations. The many referrals I receive from past clients and friends is the reward for the long hours and dedication to helping others enjoy a home they can be proud of and profit from.

Prior to meeting Parke and starting my real estate career I taught high school English in Metro Minneapolis. This background has helped me in communication with our clients and in the presentation of ideas and opportunities. My primary focus is in the area of assisting buyers find the home to best enhance their lifestyle plus helping other clients secure a vacation rental home to be able to experience the Arizona lifestyle for a month or more. We discovered living in the adult (age 45+) resort lifestyle communities enjoying life among our peers to be especially satisfying - everyone seems to have a full schedule of activities and there's always something fun to do living in a city like Phoenix.
